Sky Bethell, Hector Kilvington, both ex students, were joined by Connor O'Leary.

They demonstrated a three course meal:

• Pea and ham croquettes served with homemade garlic and shallot mayonnaise
• Fish and chips served with a tomato coulis
• Chocolate orange meringues garnished with chocolate soil, candied orange peel and orange gel.

Their demonstration covered key practical skills, the Michael Caine's Academy and food science. A huge thanks for their support and sharing their fantastic skills.
