Raising awareness for KS3 students
A message from Principal Andrew Davies:
Great to be able to speak in assemblies to Key Stage 3 students about tips to improve their mental health this week in support of Teenage Mental Health Week - particularly how good physical health can promote great mental heath.
I spoke to students about the importance of a good well balanced diet, physical activity and getting out in to nature such as walking along the beach rather than being stuck indoors on IT all weekend , good amounts of sleep (away from the phone!) and a healthy study/life balance.
